Frequently Asked Questions

Our Dental Team

1. How much does a new patient exam and cleaning cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. For our patients without insurance, we offer a New Patient Special for $180, which includes a comprehensive exam, professional cleaning, and any necessary digital X-rays. If you have insurance, these preventive visits are often covered at 100% with no out-of-pocket cost to you.

2. Do you accept my dental insurance?

Yes! We are in-network with most major PPO providers, including Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, and MetLife. Our team will even do a complimentary benefits check before your first visit so you know exactly what is covered before you sit in the chair.

3. What financing options are available for major procedures?

We don’t want budget concerns to stand in the way of your health. We offer flexible, interest-free monthly payment plans through partners like CareCredit and Sunbit. For patients without insurance, we also provide an In-House Membership Plan that offers significant discounts on all treatments for a flat annual fee.

4. Are you currently accepting new patients?

Absolutely! We love meeting new neighbors. As a growing practice, we have reserved blocks in our schedule specifically for new patients so you won't have to wait weeks to be seen. You can even book your first visit online in under two minutes.

5. What should I bring to my first appointment?

To make your check-in seamless, please bring a photo ID and your dental insurance card (if applicable). To save time, you can fill out our digital new patient forms sent to your email or phone before you arrive!

6. Do you offer emergency dental appointments?

Yes. If you are in pain, we prioritize your care. We offer same-day emergency appointments for issues like toothaches, broken crowns, or chipped teeth. If you have an emergency after hours, call our main office line for instructions on how to reach our on-call team.

7. At what age should my child first visit the dentist?

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends the first visit by age one, or when their first tooth appears. These "Happy Visits" are designed to be quick, fun, and easy, helping your child build a positive relationship with the dentist from the start.

8. How often should I have a dental check-up?

For most patients, we recommend a professional cleaning and exam every six months. However, if you have a history of gum disease or are prone to cavities, we may suggest a more frequent "wellness schedule" to keep your smile on track.

9. What are your options for patients with dental anxiety?

We specialize in "gentle dentistry." We offer a range of comfort options, from warm blankets and noise-canceling headphones to Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas). Our team is trained to move at your pace—we never start a procedure until you feel completely comfortable and ready.

10. Do you offer teeth whitening or cosmetic services?

We do! Whether you’re looking for a quick professional whitening treatment or a full smile makeover with porcelain veneers or Invisalign, we offer complimentary cosmetic consultations to help you achieve the smile you’ve always wanted.
